Our app comes in-built with a 4-digit security code system to ensure maximum delivery reliability. Once you have selected a package type on our app and confirmed payment, our app system will send you a 4-digit security code. Enter the code via the courier’s app when the courier arrived to pick up your item. You can then track the status of your delivery via our real-time tracking system and wait for the recipient to acknowledge receipt of the item with the 4-digit code. This process allows you to get more out of your parcel deliveries every single time, so that you don’t have to worry about lost parcels.
